If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived, and you’ll only pay for parts and labor. If you choose not to move forward, you’ll pay just the diagnostic fee. For any related repair completed within the past 30 days, the diagnostic fee is waived, and our 30-day guarantee applies.

Final costs may vary depending on the type of appliance, complexity of the repair, time needed, accessibility, and travel distance to your home.

If a repair cannot be completed successfully or requires more than three visits for the same issue, we provide a refund, excluding the diagnostic fee.
